Fine hand spun indigo dyed cotton strip weave men’s cloth from the Bondoukou region of Ivory Coast, circa 1930-1950. This one has evenly spaced red weft stripes muted by the blue warps. There are several neat patched repairs, otherwise in very good condition. These large indigo men’s wrappers have become increasingly difficult to source over the last few years. Suitable for many interiors uses. Measurement 118 inches x 71, 301 cm x 180.
