Description
Solid green blocks alternate with fine blue and white check in the central field of this striking mid C20th Ewe kente chiefs cloth, framed by borders that alternate blue blocks with red and yellow weft floats. This is the first time I have seen green used for this style of cloth. A couple of minor repairs and in good neat condition.
Measurements 134 inches x 74, 340 cm x 189.
