Description
On this mid century Yoruba cotton “sanyan” wrapper the characteristic threads that link the woven holes have been made much shorter and drawn tight to the cloth face making a pleasing textured effect. The use of hand spun cotton in the weft gives the cloth some weight and a pleasing slubby texture. In excellent condition. A great piece for making cushions/pillows or other interiors uses.
